I believe that we all have within us the answers to what we need to develop, and the potential to feel fulfilled and right within our selves.
In its essence Trans-form was set up in recognition of the capacity in all of us to self-actualise, or to become all that we can be, and to aid people in this self-discovery. Sometimes this can take some work! And sometimes it can take really difficult circumstances and personal distress to instigate us making the changes we need to make. I see the hurdles and trials that we often face in life as being illustrative of where we need to develop and transform ourselves and our lives.
At Trans-form I help my clients to understand themselves, their lives and their difficulties more clearly. Through the therapeutic relationship we develop I can help you to make sense of what’s going on in your life in the present, and explore events and experiences in the past. I can help you to understand the patterns in your behaviour, and gain clarity and insight into who you are, what you believe in and what you most want.
My clients have many different reasons for coming to see me. Some people have very specific difficulties that they wish to work through; others aren’t quite sure why they feel low, or stuck or unhappy. Some want to come for a short number of sessions, others a more long term arrangement.
Personal transformation can take many different forms, and we are all individuals with very different paths to walk. At Trans-form what my clients have in common is a genuine desire to take responsibility for their lives, and the courage to explore themselves honestly.
