Booking Your First Therapy Session

Are you considering psychotherapy or counselling for the first time and feeling a little apprehensive?

There are many good reasons why you might question what is the right therapy or method in order to make the changes. I believe that the relationship between yourself and your therapist is a critical factor in the effectiveness of any therapy. Without this connection between therapist and client significant progress is unlikely.

It is understandable that many people feel nervous about taking the first step to begin therapy. In the first session we will assess your reasons for wanting or needing to begin therapy, explore if / how we might work together, and discuss any questions you may have.
